Abstract

목적 : 경도인지장애(mild cognitive impairment)의 치매 진행 예방을 위한 중재의 효과에 관한 근거를 확인하기 위한 것이다.

연구방법 : CINAHL, MEDLINE, PubMed, Science Direct, PEDro, Cochrane libraryA를 이용하여 mild cognitive impairment, prevention, randomized controlled trials(RCTs)로 2000년에서 2016년까지 발표된 논문을 검색하였다. 검색된 결과에 따라 2명의 저자가 선정기준에 맞는 논문을 분석하였다.

연구결과: 최종적으로 7개의 논문이 선정되었고, 이 중 예방프로그램의 효과가 검증된 논문이 4개 효과가 없는 것으로 나타난 논문이 2개, 일부 항목에만 효과가 있는 연구가 1개 있었다.

결론: 고찰 결과 경도인지장애의 효과에 대한 근거를 마련할 수 있었다. 경도인지장애 관리를 통해 치매전단계로 진행 예방을 위한 프로그램이 필요하다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to confirm the basis for the effectiveness of intervention for MCI’s prevention of dementia progression.

Methods : CINAHL, MEDLINE, PubMed, Science Direct, PEDro, Cochrane library was used to search for published papers from 2000 to 2016 using mild cognitive impairment, prevention, and randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Based on the results, two authors analyzed the papers that met the selection criteria.

Results : Finally, seven papers were selected. Among them, there were two papers showing that the effectiveness of the preventive program was not proven to be four, and one study which was effective only in some items.

Conclusion : As a result, it was possible to establish the basis of the effect of hard cognitive impairment. A program is needed to prevent progression to pre-dementia through mild cognitive impairment management.
